Vintage clothing is a generic term for new or second hand garments originating from a previous era. The phrase is also used in connection with a retail outlet, e.g. "vintage clothing store." It can also be used as an adjective: "This dress is vintage."

The word vintage is copied from its use in wine terminology, as a more elegant-seeming euphemism for "old" clothes.

The topic we 're going to conversation is..mmm..what else? Gossip Girl^^
yeah I am a big fun..and of the serie and of the books :DD

I never miss an episode..I am like maniac with this...!
And from the books I have only the first three..Gossip girl,Gossip girl You know you love me and Gossip girl All I want is everything. :( It's so sad that of the seventeen books, here in greece we have only the three -.-

                                                     I think that the tv serie is more interesting...
the actors are: Blake Lively(as Serena van der Woodsen),  Ed Westwick(as Charls/Chuck Bass),Leighton Meester(as Blair Walldrof),Chace Crawford (as Nate Archibald),Penn Badgley(as Daniel/Dan Humphrey),Tyalor Momsen(as Jennny Humphrey) and last but not least Jessica Szohr (as Vanessa Marigold Abrams)
They are all so amazing :`D

But lets see what involves the serie..Gossip Girl is an American teen drama series based on the book series of the same name written by Cecily von Ziegesar. The series was created by Josh Schwartzand Stephanie Savage, and premiered on The CW on September 19, 2007. Narrated by the omniscient yet unseen blogger "Gossip Girl", voiced by Kristen Bell, the series revolves around the lives of privileged young adults on Manhattan's Upper East Side in New York City..

So we are already to season 4 and it still has 2 episodes until the end...And I am so excited about what will become in the next season...

Το όνομα Otherview πως πρόεκυψε?

Προέκυψε από τις διασκευές που κάναμε στα αρχικά στάδια βλέποντας «την άλλη όψη»…

1.    Τα πλάνα σας για το 2011?

Μόλις κυκλοφόρησε το προσωπικό μας άλμπουμ με τίτλο So Long, το οποίο σύμφωνα με τα στοιχεία της ifpi πάει πολύ καλά (αυτή τη στιγμή βρίσκεται στην 6η θέση), συνεχίζουμε εμφανίσεις σε Αθήνα και επαρχία (Παρασκευές Φλεβάρη στο Guzel, Πέμπτες Μάρτη στο Soho, Γκάζι)  και κρατάμε μια έκπληξη για το επόμενο single μας, το οποίο δεν συμπεριλαμβάνεται στο άλμπουμ 

2.    Πως φαντάζεσαι τη δικια σου καριέρα μετά από 10 χρόνια? Θα ήθελες να αλλάξεις κάτι?

Δεν θα μπορούσα ποτέ να με σκεφτώ εκτός μουσικής…δεν το έκανα ποτέ και δεν νομίζω ότι θα το κάνω…δεν θα μπορούσα όμως να σου πω ακριβώς τι και πως θα κάνω σε δέκα χρόνια, γιατί η ζωή έχει περιέργα σχέδια για μας…

3.    Πολύ λένε ότι ένα τέτοιο group σαν τους Otherview χρειάζεται σίγουρα μια καλή φωνή για τα vocals, και εσείς την βρήκατε στο πρόσωπο της Crystalia. Από ότι ξέρουμε, το group σας ξεκίνησε αποτελούμενο μόνο από εσένα και τον Βασίλη, θα ήθελες να μας πεις πως ήρθε αυτή η συνεργασία με την Crystalia και λίγα λόγια για αυτήν?

Η Κρυσταλλία γνωρίστηκε με τον Βασίλη και δοκιμάσανε κάποια demo…στην πορεία δουλέψαμε μαζί της σε κάποιαlive, όταν σκεφτήκαμε να προχωρήσουμε το concept του live PA ένα βήμα παραπέρα και τελικά ήταν γραφτό να γίνει το τρίτο μέλος των otherview…το μεγάλο ατού της Κρυσταλλίας είναι ότι τόσο στο στούντιο όσο και στα live έχει super performance, κάτι που ενισχύει απίστευτα την δημιουργικότητα μας!

4.    Και χωρίς όμως την Crystalia ομολογουμένως μπορώ να πω ότι θα μπορούσατε να συνεχίσετε. Σας είδαμε στο τραγούδι του Μιχάλη Χατζηγιάννη – Είσαι Εδώ να τραγουδάτε σε μια δικια σας διασκευή αλλάζοντας λίγο το song σε RNB & Hip hop φάση.

Σε ευχαριστούμε (δεν νομίζω την γνώμη σου να την ασπάζονται και πολλοί male fans μας χαχα :p), αλλά αυτές οι πρώτες διασκευές ήταν σε πρώιμο στάδιο και μας εξέφραζαν ως ένα βαθμό…επίσης μας βοήθησαν να δουλέψουμε με τον Μιχάλη Χατζηγιάννη, τον πιο επιτυχημένo Pop καλλιτέχνη και να ζήσουμε πολύ όμορφες στιγμές…πλέον, με την κατάληξη των Otherview νιώθουμε ότι είμαστε 100% έτοιμοι να δώσουμε τον καλύτερο εαυτό μας!

Η Taylor Momsen πρωταγωνιστει για την νεα καμπανια του John Galliano  για το  αρωμα του,  Parlez-Moi d’Amour...

• Kings of leon!

Kings of Leon is an American rock band that formed in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee in 1999, consisting of brothers Anthony Caleb Followill (lead vocals, rhythm guitar),Ivan Nathan Followill (drums, percussion, backing vocals) and Michael Jared Followill (bass, backing vocals), with their cousin Cameron Matthew Followill (lead guitar, backing vocals). Each member of the family group is known by his middle name (second given name) as opposed to his first given name. The band's early music was an upbeat blend of Southern rock and blues influences, but it has gradually expanded its sound to include a variety of genres and a more alternative rock or arena rock sound. Kings of Leon achieved initial success in the United Kingdom with nine Top 40 singles, two BRIT Awards in 2008, and all three of the band's albums at the time peaking in the top five of the UK Albums Chart. Coco Chanel.

Gabrielle Bonheur or Coco Chanel was a French Fashion Icon & designer. She was born in 19/8/1883 and died in 10 Jenuary 1971. She was an important  figure of 20th-century fashion.he was the founder of the famous fashion brand Chanel. Her extraordinary influence on fashion was such that she was the only person in the couturier field to be named THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON OF THE CENTURY.

Chanel began designing hats as a hobby, which soon became a deeper interest of hers. "After opening her eyes," as she would say, Coco left Balsan and took over his apartment in Paris. Biographer Justine Picardie, in her 2010 study Coco Chanel: The Legend and the Life (Harper Collins), suggests that the fashion designer's nephew André Palasse—supposedly the only child of her sister Julie—may actually have been Chanel's child by Balsan. In 1909 Chanel met and began an affair with one of Balsan's friends,Captain Arthur Edward ´´Boy´´ Capel.
Capel financed Chanel's first shops and his own clothing style, notably his jersey blazers, inspired her creation of the Chanel look. The couple spent time together at fashionable resorts such as Deauville, but he was never faithful to Chanel!
The affair lasted nine years, but even after Capel married an aristocratic English beauty in 1918, he did not completely break off with Chanel. His death in a car accident, in late 1919, was the single most devastating event in Chanel's life.
Chanel became a licensed modiste (hat maker) in 1910 and opened a boutique at 21 rue Cambon, Paris named Chanel Modes.In 1913, she established a boutique in Deauville, where she introduced luxe casual clothes that were suitable for leisure and sport.Chanel launched her career as fashion designer when she opened her next boutique, titled Chanel-Biarritz, in 1915.
By 1919, Chanel was registered as a couturiere and established her maison de couture at 31 rue Cambon.
In 1924, Chanel made an agreement with the Wertheimer brothers, Pierre and Paul, directors of the eminent perfume house Bourgeois since 1917, creating a corporate entity, "Parfums Chanel". The Wertheimers agreed to provide full financing for production, marketing and distribution of Chanel No. 5.


Coco dated some of the most influential men of her time, but she never married. The reason may be found in her answer, when asked why she did not marry the Duke of Westminster: "There have been several Duchesses of Westminster. There is only one Chanel."
In 1939, at the beginning of World War II, Chanel closed her shops. She believed that it was not a time for fashion....In 1945, she moved to Switzerland, eventually returning to Paris in 1954, the same year she returned to the fashion world...
